ENERGY EFFICIENT LED LIGHTS

The LED lights are highly energy eﬃcient and produce less heat with higher lux level and lower running costs. They are designed to also cater for damp, wet, walk-in coolers or freezers.

DUTY DOOR HARDWARE

Our cold room door hinges and handles are built for longevity, guaranteeing the customer years of trouble-free use. The safety release handle glows in the dark to prevent being trapped inside the cold room. Our doors come with a special seal that cushions the closing movement and keeps it sealed to avoid air loss.

POLYURETHANE PANEL

PU Insulated Panels are ideal for meeting hygienic conditions because they adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and international standards for food processing and storage. Our panels are available in 50/80/100/140mm thicknesses with a wide range of cladding materials including Pre-painted Aluzinc (PPAZ)/Stainless Steel depending on their application

CAMLOCK SYSTEM

Camlock systems provide a precision locking mechanism that ensures precise positioning of panels as well as achieving a perfect seal. The system also improves structural strength and thermal eﬃciency while providing a clean and neat aesthetic finish.

PANEL ASSEMBLY

The panel configuration is made easy using an interlocking arrangement with varying heights & dimensions. A tongue & grooved system utilizing camlocks enables superior tightness and insulation,ensuring all joints, which include walls, ceiling, floors and doors are perfectly assembled in a short period of time.

COLD ROOM DOORS

Our cold room doors oﬀer outstanding features such as airtight seals, true thermal break between inner and outer skins, a magnetic gasket, cam-lift hinges, and shock resistant frames. They are equipped with heavy duty pull handle ensuring trouble-free operation and eﬀortless closing.
